Joe Dickerson is a USSF Professional Referee, currently starting his MLS career by completing his first (very successful) assignment as Referee for the Philadelphia Union vs Orlando City MLS game in late 2017.  Joe has been a USSF National Referee for several years, and brings excitement, current top level training tips, and a comprehensive understanding of the current Laws of the Game and their interpretation.  He has degrees in Exercise Biology and Communications from UC Davis, and has participated at a high level in numerous sports, including soccer, baseball, cross country, rowing and cycling.

Peter Fletcher is a USSF National Emeritus Referee and USSF Instructor.  With over 20 years of referee experience, Peter leads entertaining and involving sessions that will challenge and improve referees at all experience levels.  Peter became a National Referee in 2006 and worked professional USL and MLS games through 2009.  The highlight of his career was an assignment to the first game played between the San Jose Earthquakes and the Houston Dynamo (the previous Earthquakes team) when the Earthquakes resumed play in 2008.  Peter remains an active referee, instructor and assignor involved in youth, adult, high school and college soccer.

In the monthly meetings, Peter leads the discussions and question and answer session and provides valuable insights into the referees challenges.
